• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors (including content that appears to depict a minor). We have zero tolerance for CSAM;
• Non-consensual sexual content (including “revenge porn”), extortion, coercion, or threats;
• Harassment, hate, or threats against individuals or groups;
• Personal data shared without permission (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers, private identities, or financial information;
• Impersonation or fraudulent representation of identity;
• Spam, scams, malicious links, malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the Website or other users;

If you have depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content

Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as: revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation);

Content that reveals personally identifiable information (including but not limited to such things as: name, address, phone number, IP address);

Content that violates our Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy “CSAM”; OR

Content I appear in without my permission

Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content

6) Report process

We receive the content removal report, you will get a notification

If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.

When we finish the investigation you will get a full report of our findings and the actions that have been taken.

If you disagree with the outcome of the request you can appeal through the already established lines of communication.

If we disagree after the appeal will go to a third neutral body which will rule over the request. The third neutral body is a person or company on which both parties agree on is neutral.

All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.

7) Enforcement Actions

When we identify a potential violation (through reports, automated tools, or manual review), we may take one or more actions, including:

• Remove or restrict access to content;
• Disable or limit account features (e.g., commenting);
• Require content edits or profile changes;
• Issue warnings;
• Suspend or terminate accounts (including for repeat violations);
• Block access based on IP, device identifiers, or other signals where appropriate;
• Preserve information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

8) Special Rule: CSAM and Immediate Escalation

Any content that involves minors (or appears to) or otherwise constitutes CSAM is strictly prohibited. If we become aware of suspected CSAM, we will remove/disable access where possible, preserve relevant records, and report to appropriate authorities and/or designated reporting bodies as required by applicable law.

9) Appeals and Mistakes

We try to moderate fairly, but errors can happen. If you believe content was removed or action was taken in error, you may contact us at support@staxus.com with the relevant details (username, URLs, and why you believe it was a mistake). We may request additional information to verify the request.

10) Data, Privacy, and Retention

Moderation may involve processing personal data (e.g., IP addresses, logs, account identifiers, and user submissions) to detect and prevent abuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations. We retain moderation-related records only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including to handle disputes, enforce our policies, and comply with law.
